Kay Hopkinson from Grindleton WI is Lancashire Federation's Denman Ambassador. She spoke to the group about the history of Denman and the many courses available to WI members.

Members of the team of Blood Bike motorcycle couriers came to explain the vital and rewarding work they do in transporting blood to where it is most needed.  Despite the wintry weather, many members were inspired to go and inspect the motor bike that had been brought along as part of the talk.
